She Called for the Ban. Then She Called Out Drama. Same Woman.

Let me tell you something about Pokimane. She posted on X last week: "I miss when streaming was about gaming, not just drama baiting and clip farming." And the internet nodded along. "So true queen." "Streaming has changed." "We miss the old days." Except here's the thing. The "old days" she misses? She helped manufacture them. 壹 Let's go back to 2022. xQc is doing his thing. GTA RP by day. Slots by night. Living his best streaming life. Then Pokimane starts posting. Calling out gambling streams. Demanding Twitch take action. Getting millions of views. Getting trending hashtags. Getting clips that got shared millions of times. She was everywhere. Every gaming news site. Every Twitter thread. "Pokimane slams gambling streamers." "Pokimane calls for Twitch ban." xQc responded last week with receipts. He wrote: "everyone (her) farmed me and Trainwreck for drama and clicks." Read that again. He said she FARMED him. For drama. For clicks. She wasn't raising awareness. She was farming engagement. 贰 Here's what actually happened in 2022. A streamer named Abraham Mohammed—known as Sliker—admitted to scamming his followers out of $200,000 to $300,000 to fund his gambling addiction. This was bad. This was really bad. Real people lost real money because a streamer they trusted was addicted and desperate.
